Terms of Use — TrendHunter / Trend Radar

Service scope

TrendHunter / Trend Radar provides trend-monitoring and content-preparation functions and may use Google OAuth and YouTube API Services to perform functions authorized by the account or channel owner.

Authorization and control

By connecting a Google or YouTube account, the user represents that they are authorized to connect that account or channel. The user remains in control of granting or revoking permissions and of authorizing operations that take action on the channel.

YouTube terms

By using YouTube-connected features, the user also agrees to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube policies.

Content and compliance

The user remains responsible for the legality of content they authorize for publication and for compliance with intellectual property rights, platform policies, and applicable law. The service must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Google/YouTube data is accessed, used, stored, shared, and deleted.

Revoking access

You can revoke the application's access at any time through Google Account permissions.
